Participants receive bi-weekly one-hour sessions with their assigned mentor, plus unlimited asynchronous messaging support between sessions. Many participants find the messaging support particularly valuable for time-sensitive decisions that arise between scheduled meetings.
The program includes an initial assessment session, goal-setting workshop, and structured progress reviews at the midpoint and conclusion.
Creative Catalyst
Designed specifically for visual artists, musicians, performers, and other creative professionals, this program addresses the unique challenges of building a sustainable career in the arts. Our creative mentors bring experience in both artistic development and the business realities of creative work.
The four-month program includes weekly sessions alternating between craft development and career strategy. Participants also gain access to a private community of fellow artists navigating similar challenges.
Topics covered include portfolio development, pricing strategies, client relationships, creative blocks, and building multiple income streams from artistic practice.
Accelerated Growth
For entrepreneurs ready to scale, this intensive six-month program provides the comprehensive support required for significant business expansion. Participants work with senior mentors who have successfully scaled ventures to seven figures and beyond.
The program includes weekly one-hour mentorship sessions, quarterly two-day strategy retreats with a peer cohort of fellow growth-stage entrepreneurs, and access to our network of specialists in areas such as hiring, finance, and operations.
Acceptance into this program requires an established business with demonstrated traction. We conduct interviews to ensure mutual fit before enrollment.

An ongoing advisory relationship for established business owners who need consistent access to senior strategic guidance. This is not a time-limited program but an enduring partnership that evolves with your business.
Participants receive two ninety-minute sessions per month with a senior advisor, plus priority access to additional consultations when critical decisions arise. Many participants maintain this relationship for years as their trusted external sounding board.

Transition Navigator
Specifically designed for professionals moving from traditional employment into entrepreneurship or from one creative field to another. This eight-week program provides focused support during the critical transition period.
The program addresses practical concerns such as financial planning during transition, skill gap identification, network building, and mindset shifts required for independent work. Mentors are selected based on their own successful transitions.
Includes weekly sessions, a comprehensive transition workbook, and three months of post-program check-in support to ensure sustainable progress.
Peer Circle
A cohort-based program that combines mentorship with peer learning. Groups of six to eight entrepreneurs or artists at similar stages meet monthly under the guidance of an experienced facilitator and rotating guest mentors.
